The President of CCME is Ted Straughan. The main purpose of CCME is to develop ongoing educational, networking and marketing opportunities for all Exchangors in the state of Colorado. If you are a member of the Colorado Springs, Pueblo, or Denver Chapters, you are automatically a member of CCME. If you are not, you may join CCME for $50.00 a year.

Please contact Dawn Warriner, Administrative Assistant for CCME at 720-203-7993/dawn@ccme1031.com for further information on how to become a member.

Membership consists of creative Realtors specializing in exchanges and creative real estate transactions. CCME sponsors education seminars which expand real estate knowledge and consulting opportunities.

Participation in CCME greatly expands network opportunities beyond the local real estate communities to encompass the entire state and other states throughout the nation. Membership is open to licensed real estate brokers, sales agents and affiliates.

CCME will assist local exchange groups throughout the state.

NCE (National Council of Exchangors) supports CCME and CCME encourages NCE membership.
